The CME Sr Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) strategy to strengthen the scientific and clinical knowledge of healthcare professionals (Doctors and Pharmacies) about our products, ensuring high-impact educational programs that are aligned with business priorities and local regulatory legislation.Your responsibilities
Identify educational needs and knowledge gaps among healthcare professionals to develop relevant initiatives with high scientific value for our brands
Alignment of educational programs with organization's medical and commercial strategy
Lead the annual planning, design, and implementation
