Responsible for managing and executing core HR operations across the Atizapan and Miyana sites,



including onboarding, offboarding, employee administration, time and attendance management, payroll coordination, personnel documentation, audits, and employee support. Ensures compliance with company policies, maintains accurate employee records, and delivers a positive employee experience.
Support payroll processes through collection, validation and submission of time and attendance incidents, overtime, sales incentives, bonus, vacations, disabilities, Infonavit and Fonacot updates.
• Provide support to managers regarding Kronos, payroll closures and employee administration topics.
• Support internal and external audits and provide requested HR documentation.
• Knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, offboarding and personnel administration.
• Experience working with payroll, time & attendance and HRIS systems.
• Attention to detail and compliance orientation.
