The Manager II Technology is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and operational management of a portfolio of 31 Health Plan applications supporting an external healthcare customer. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for production support, application maintenance, incident management, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives.



The position oversees applications built around the FACETS claims platform and ensures high availability, performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
The Senior Technology Manager leads a team of 7-8 technology professionals while managing external contractors and vendor partners to deliver reliable, high-quality technology services aligned with business objectives and contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
How you will make an impact:
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a portfolio of 31 Health Plan applications supporting business-critical operations.
- Ensure application availability, stability, scalability, and performance across the application landscape.
- Lead the 24x7 production support function, ensuring timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Provide technology leadership for applications integrated with the FACETS claims processing platform.
