Instructure in Mexico is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to work with HiEd customers for Parchment. You will be a highly motivated, organized team player, managing priorities and achieving territory goals in a dynamic environment.
You will build strong relationships, exceed expectations with high-value, consultative engagements, tie product offerings to business strategy, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive renewals, expansions, and revenue forecasts.
