- Resolve technical issues and fleet events in a timely and effective manner
- Improve fleet reliability and reduce repeat failures
- Provide technical support to the Fleet Manager and Field Teams
- Perform accurate and insightful technical analysis and reporting
- Contribute directly to Customer success under LTSA contracts
- Travel to customer sites as needed, up to 50%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, or related technical field)
- Up to 4–5 years of experience in field service, fleet support, or industrial/power equipment operations
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of equipment troubleshooting, maintenance practices, and reliability concepts
- Ability to analyze technical data and provide actionable recommendations
- Valid U.S. visa (required)
- Willingness to travel up to 50% to Customer sites
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
