The Head of Growth will be responsible for the overall performance, growth andoperation of all our commercial partners. He/she will be responsible for developingand executing the go-to market and scale-up strategy, first nationally, then globally.
This person will possess the ability to set a vision, build and lead a team, instilldiscipline, visibility and predictability around commercial operations, and employ atest-and-learn approach to execute measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Provide visionary, strategic and hands-on leadership.
- Oversee all of our commercial strategy, sales and distribution.
- Own the revenue management process providing visibility and predictability.
- Participate in top management committee and in board presentations to discuss commercial strategy and performance.
- Develop new business and scale current book of business by establishing deep and productive relationships with target partners in key markets.
- Design and lead execution on enterprise sales procedures; and initiating partnerships collaborations with top professionals associations.
- Formulate operational excellence for our distribution channels according to each of our partners needs.
- Diagnose problems with the running of the business and formulate effective and timely solutions.
- Lead your team to greatness - hire top talent, help them perform, grow and develop as professionals.
- Train and guide the commercial team in order to achieve the sales targets and maintain good relationships with our partners
- Act as key spokesperson in media, industry events, investors, etc.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business Development/Ops/Product/etc.) to ensure that revenue and profit targets arealways exceeded.
