THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Regional User Growth Senior Manager, SS-Latam to our User Growth team in Mexico
As our Regional User Growth Senior Manager, SS-Latam , you'll own User Growth strategy and execution across Mexico, Argentina, and Chile: three distinct markets,



one connected growth mandate. You'll lead a dedicated regional team while operating as the primary User Growth partner to our senior Spanish-Speaking Latam Revenue leadership (VPs and directors), translating data into strategy and strategy into hands‑on, in‑market execution.
This is a senior, highly autonomous role: you'll set the regional growth agenda, build and coach a team, and stay close enough to the work to run the analysis, build the campaign, or fix what isn't working yourself when it matters. We expect you to use AI as a core part of how you and your team operate: accelerating analysis, reporting, and campaign development so you can move faster and go deeper than a traditional growth team.
