Qnity NA Collections team is looking for a Credit and Collections Specialist located in Punto Polanco, MX.




The assigned employee will be responsible for the effective and efficient execution of Credit activities and internal controls for the NA region.
Main responsibilities include managing daily credit operations for an assigned customer portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal controls and company policies, providing subject matter expertise, and driving continuous process improvements to support operational excellence.
Functional Responsibilities
Manage and execute credit activities for an assigned customer portfolio in alignment with agreed objectives and company policies.
Perform day-to-day credit operational activities with the aim of maximizing receivable turnover and minimizing accounts receivable risk.
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely preparation and reporting of portfolio metrics, analyses, and results.
Identify opportunities and recommend improvements based on portfolio analysis to reduce overdue balances and improve DSO performance.
Maintain proactive interaction with Sales, Business Management, Customers
