This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr ServiceNow Technical Consultant based in Mexico.
This is a senior technical consulting role focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions for a diverse client portfolio.
You will act as a technical subject matter expert, translating complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable platform solutions.
The role spans multiple ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CRM, and Data Foundations.
You will work directly with enterprise stakeholders to lead technical discovery, solution workshops, architecture, development, and implementation.
Beyond hands-on delivery, you will help establish development standards, review solutions, mentor other technical professionals, and support platform health.
The environment is collaborative and client-facing, with opportunities to solve complex digital service management challenges across multiple engagements.

Accountabilities
Lead the end-to-end technical design, development, configuration, and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, Customer Service Management, HR Service Delivery, CRM, and Data Foundations.
Architect scalable, maintainable ServiceNow solutions that align with client business objectives, technical requirements, platform governance, and industry best practices.
Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops with enterprise clients to understand requirements, identify gaps and risks, and recommend optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and development tasks.
