In this role, you will support Salesforce’s global Hire-to-Retire and Payroll transformation, driving process excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while providing operational support to our Centers of Expertise. You will be a go-to specialist for complex Leave of Absence, Benefits, and Global Time and Attendance and other key aspects of the employee lifecycle, ensuring policies are applied with care, accuracy, and empathy.
