You'll join Neticca directly, supported by our internal systems, mentorship, and Center of Excellence, with structured onboarding and long-term growth.
We're hiring an Account & Delivery Manager to serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between our customers, our technical delivery team, and company leadership.
This is a highly customer-facing role combining relationship management, project coordination, and requirements gathering. You'll develop a strong understanding of each customer's business objectives, capture their requirements, coordinate ongoing delivery, and communicate with technical resources — helping identify where Neticca can provide additional support.
This is not a technical engineering position, but prior experience working with technology, data, IT, software, or technical implementations is strongly preferred.
Act as a consistent, professional point of contact for customers,



leading or participating in recurring customer meetings and project discussions.
· Build strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and communicate project progress, dependencies, and next steps.
· Maintain visibility into project milestones, deliverables, and open items; Fluent in English and Spanish, both required. English: native/primary-language level. Spanish: professional fluency — you'll work directly with Spanish-speaking engineers.
· 3–6+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Technical Account Manager, Account & Delivery Manager, Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, or Customer Success Manager within a technology or consulting organization.
· Comfortable working with technical concepts — data and databases, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, reporting/BI — at a conversational level, without needing to perform the technical work directly.
