This role plays a key part in ensuring customers maximize the value of Infor WFM solutions through expert application support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner to customers while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Product Development, R&D;, Cloud Operations, Professional Services, and Global Support. This position requires a balance of functional expertise and technical capability, enabling effective delivery of customer outcomes and operational excellence.
