We're looking for an AI Content Specialist to join our Customer Success team at a genuinely interesting inflection point. The way we build content inside Spekit is changing fast — and this role is being designed for where we're going, not where we've been.
The old version of this role was about copy-pasting content from one org to the next. That world is over.
The new version is about using AI agents, LLMs, and automation to do in hours what used to take weeks — scraping customer websites, converting documents, auditing existing content libraries, and building out structured Spekit orgs at a pace and scale that wasn't possible before.
