AI Creative Specialist - MX

About the role:

The AI Creative Specialist is a hands-on expert in generative image and video
production. You'll be a part of the agency’s AI Creative team, working across
our client roster to produce original, high-fidelity visuals using prompt
engineering, model training, and custom internal tooling.

The core of this role is client-facing image and video generation. Alongside
that, you'll help develop, test, and improve the internal AI tools our creative
teams use every day — so the workflows you refine on a project become repeatable
capability for the wider agency. You'll partner closely with post-production,
creative, and strategy teams, pushing what's possible in AI-assisted content
while holding a high bar for brand consistency, product accuracy, and commercial
viability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

1. Advanced AI Model Utilization

* Expertly employ various AI image and video models (e.g., Flux, Midjourney,
Gemini image models, MiniMax, Wan) and work fluently in node-based and




API-driven environments (ComfyUI, fal.ai, Replicate), and use finishing tools
(Topaz, Krea, Adobe CC) to bring outputs to delivery quality.
* It is a plus if you have experience with LoRA training for reference and
identity conditioning, or experience with image-to-video and multi-reference
workflows — for specific products, packaging, materials, and brand worlds.

2. Creative Integration

* Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic
Designers to embed AI-generated assets seamlessly into final deliverables.
Guide teams on best practices for maximizing the potential of AI-generated
components within larger creative campaigns.

3. Workflow Innovation

* Develop and refine processes for AI-driven content creation: prompt
architecture, iterative and batch workflows, reference libraries, and
reusable presets.
