You bring experience working directly with customers over the phone and are comfortable owning conversations from start to finish. You take pride in delivering a high-quality experience and helping clients make important decisions with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers who have expressed interest through HomeLight
Handle inbound (warm) leads through both incoming and outbound follow-up calls — no cold calling required
Conduct one-on-one, consultative conversations to understand each client’s home buying or selling needs
Build trust quickly and guide clients toward the most relevant HomeLight solutions
Provide a high-touch, personalized experience that makes clients feel confident in their next steps
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems
Follow up thoughtfully to ensure a seamless and supportive client experience
