Role Description The Logistics/Supply Chain Human Resources Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City, Mexico. This role leads HR strategy and operations for logistics and supply chain functions, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, and organizational development for warehouse, transportation, and co-packing teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing HR policies,



overseeing performance management processes, managing employee relations issues, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment laws. The Director collaborates with operations leadership to support productivity, safety, and engagement, drives HR initiatives that align with business goals, and provides coaching to managers on people management practices. The role also oversees HR metrics and reporting to support continuous improvement in retention, development, and culture.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or industrial operations environments.
Proficiency in HR Policies and their implementation, including development, communication, and maintenance of compliant and practical procedures.
Expertise in Employee Relations, with experience handling conflict resolution, investigations, and fostering an inclusive and respectful workplace.
