Role Summary

The Demand Services Procurement Specialist is responsible for conducting detailed demand, spend, cost and market analysis and a structured approach to tendering and negotiating with suppliers. You will develop and maintain vendor relationships including tracking and analysis of vendor spend and performance.



While keeping an elevated engagement and alignment with our internal stakeholders and external partners to address the top business priorities, optimize the supply of goods and services and address cost reduction opportunities for Colgate, Hills Pet & Filorgas Companies.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Sourcing: Develop data-driven sourcing strategies using spend analytics, benchmarking, and best practices to achieve savings and simplification targets.
Governance & Compliance: Adhere to Global Procurement governance, including CRMC (Contract Risk Management) approvals, eSourcing tools, and Supplier Code of Conduct compliance.
Risk Management & Vendor Governance: Support procurement risk assessment, mitigation plans, vendor creation, approvals, and ethical supplier management.
Stakeholder & Category Management: Engage stakeholders to align on priorities and lead contract execution, supplier segmentation, and category process improvements.
