We’re a performance creative + paid social and search agency working with DTC brands, and we’re hiring an Operations Manager (PPC & Paid Social) to own our delivery pipeline from intake to final execution.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
You will own the full operational flow across all Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social accounts, serving as the operational backbone for our strategists and account managers:

Task Management & Execution Pipeline
Own account workflows: Oversee task management across all accounts, creating, assigning, scheduling, and following up on all deliverables.
Translate direction: Convert client requests, meeting notes, and strategist direction into clear, structured tasks complete with owners, firm deadlines, and necessary context.
Delegate & balance: Monitor team workloads, manage dependencies, and balance capacity across media buyers and specialists.
Maintain momentum:



Track upcoming deadlines to spot bottlenecks or delivery risks early and make sure nothing gets stuck.
Workflow Coordination & Quality Assurance
Manage core account processes: Coordinate key PPC and Paid Social workflows, including client onboarding, platform/asset access requests, tracking setup, campaign launches, and testing calendars.
Cross-functional follow-up: Proactively follow up across internal teams and clients to ensure all required inputs are received on time so work moves forward seamlessly.
System & SOP maintenance: Keep ClickUp, internal SOPs, and account documentation organized, accurate, and up to date.
Visibility & Process Improvement
Central hub: Serve as the central point of contact between strategists, media buyers, performance managers, and clients.
Status tracking & escalation: Provide clear visibility into project status, overdue work, capacity concerns, and escalate issues only when necessary.
Optimize operations: Notice gaps or inefficienc
