We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to join our organization.

In this position, you will shape the technical roadmap for Salesforce projects and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment to deliver robust and forward-thinking Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

Create and communicate the technical direction for Salesforce initiatives,



leading integration projects and maintaining high standards for data integrity
Mentor and advise developers and technical teams in designing scalable and dependable Salesforce solutions
Work with client managers and development teams to gather requirements and ensure IT strategies are in sync with business needs
Introduce and advocate for new frameworks, technologies, and best practices to enhance solution design
Monitor technology trends and recommend innovative approaches for ongoing improvement
Assess and manage technology risks, working with stakeholders to make strategic decisions
Oversee daily technical operations and turn design concepts into practical IT solutions
Manage the delivery of new features, system upgrades, and ongoing support through continuous optimization and refactoring

Requirements
