This position provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment while developing practical knowledge of corporate finance and accounting processes.

Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

Support the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
Assist with account reconciliations and follow-up on discrepancies.
Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities as needed.
Review invoices and financial documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with data entry and maintenance of financial records.
Support monthly closing activities.
Prepare and update Excel reports, trackers, and financial databases.
Assist with budget and expense tracking.
Maintain organized and accurate financial documentation.
Support internal and external audit requirements by gathering documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to obtain required financial information.
Perform other Finance-related activities and projects as assigned.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance,



Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Active student with availability to complete a professional internship.

Knowledge & Skills

Basic knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous internship or academic project experience related to Finance or Accounting is a plus, but not required.
Basic knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
Intermediate English level preferred.
