The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for identifying,



analyzing and implementing improvement opportunities across Contract Logistics operations to increase productivity, operational efficiency, quality, capacity utilization and cost effectiveness.
The role applies Lean methodologies, engineering tools, data analysis and structured problem-solving techniques to optimize warehouse processes, eliminate waste, standardize operations and support the achievement of operational and financial targets.
This position works closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, IT and other stakeholders to translate operational challenges into sustainable improvement initiatives.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is expected to have a strong presence on the operational floor, using data and direct process observation to identify root causes, develop solutions and ensure that improvements are successfully implemented, measured and sustained.
