At MezTal , we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a centralized recruiting and onboarding function.
This role is idóneo for an experienced recruiter who enjoys balancing hands-on recruiting with workflow coordination and operational support . You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and onboarding teams to help ensure recruiting processes run efficiently and consistently.
What you’ll do:
Support and coordinate full-cycle recruiting, from requisition intake through candidate selection and offer coordination
Partner with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Help manage recruiting workflows, priorities, and candidate movement
Support recruiters and recruiting team members with day-to-day coordination
Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and offer-related activities
Support onboarding and new hire transition activities
Monitor recruiting activity, open positions, and hiring progress
Help maintain recruiting process consistency, documentation, and system accuracy
Support training and onboarding of new recruiters or recruiting support team members
Collaborate with recruiting resources across different locations and countries
Support recruiting reports, KPIs, process improvements, and special TA projects

Requirements
What we’re looking for:
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, Talent Acquisition, HR, or recruiting operations
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
Experience working directly with hiring managers
Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities at the same time
Experience with ATS and recruiting technologies
Strong communication and relationship-building skills




Ability to provide workflow guidance without formal people-management responsibility
Advanced English required
Preferred:
Experience with Workday Recruiting
Experience supporting recruiting operations across multiple locations
Experience working with international or distributed recruiting teams
Previous experience as a Senior Recruiter, Team Lead, Lead Coordinator, or Project Coordinator
Location & Schedule
Hybrid position in Guadalajara, Jalisco
Office located at Midtown Jalisco
Monday to Friday, standard office hours
