Position Title : Senior AI Engineer

Experience : 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions in enterprise environments.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale next-generation AI applications. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in .NET and Python development, knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and proven experience delivering AI/Generative AI solutions from concept to production.

This role requires hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks, orchestration platforms, LLM integration, RAG architecture, and enterprise-grade AI solution development. The candidate should be comfortable working across the full AI lifecycle, including model integration, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, deployment, monitoring, and governance.





Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI-driven applications using .NET (C#) and Python.
Build and deploy enterprise AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI architectures.
Develop intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using modern agent orchestration frameworks.
Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources.
Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms.
Build reusable AI components, services, and accelerators following engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and technical solutions.
Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, governance, scalability, and performance.
Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and
