YOUR ROLE As a Product Engineer, you will design and develop connection systems that meet customer and technical requirements, ensuring performance, quality, and timely delivery. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain close communication with customers to support validation, production readiness, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop designs of connection systems and their components.
Ensure a good product design, through Design Reviews, meets and / or exceeds functionality, ergonomics and customer requirements (scorecard).
Verify the performance of the product, ensuring that the validation tests specified by the client are satisfactory.
Ensure that the deliverables to the client: prototypes, pilots, parts for PTR, etc. are satisfied in time and quality.
Provide Engineering support to the areas of tools, processes, manufacturing and quality.
Maintain responsible and professional contact with the Client.
Ensure compliance with customer specific requirements.
Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in electronic, mechatronic or related.
Design 2 D and 3 D.
GD&T.;
Problem Solving.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Project, Excel, Outlook, Skype, Teams, Visio, etc.).




Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization.
Strong results‑orientation and execution characteristics.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong ability to work with a team.
Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.
Resourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
