You will lead the early NOC operations, troubleshoot in the weeds, and design playbooks, automation, and a knowledge base to scale the team and AI agents.You will configure and monitor routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network devices, while shaping incident response and security controls for multi-site deployments across LATAM.
