Director, Enterprise Digital TransformationTeam Size*****Position SummaryThe Lead Analyst IT, Digital Transformation, Autodesk Fusion Manage (PLM) is a hands‐on techno‐functional leader, who will own the Autodesk Fusion Manage platform roadmap, architecture, governance, scalability and reliability.
The Lead will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and support of the PLM engineering business application.
Highly experienced, ensuring continuity of operations, system stability, and ongoing enhancements.
The Lead Analyst is expected to be hands‐on, working on live production systems with minimal supervision.
The position plays a critical role in supporting engineering operations and driving innovation through modern technologies, including AI and intelligent automation.Key ResponsibilitiesPLM Administration & ConfigurationLead solution architecture, release management, platform governance, and technical standardsUser creation, role assignment, and license administrationWorkspace configuration (fields, forms, grids, page layouts)Workflow configuration, transitions, permissions, and validationsLifecycle and revision management supportTroubleshooting configuration‐related issuesArchiving documents, Change request, Change order and Items/BOMs based on business requirementPLM Scripting & AutomationDevelopment and maintenance of JavaScript scripts in PLMWorkflow action scripts and field‐level validationsAutomation of calculations, refresh logic, and dependency handlingNotification Manager setup and maintenanceDebugging and optimizing existing scriptsIntegrations & Data ManagementSupport and maintenance of PLM ERP integrations (Oracle)Item, BOM,
