About the role:
As aSenior Product Manager , you'll be the go-to advisor for clients, guiding the overall vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for key digital products.
You'll work closely with business leaders across commodities likePower, Gas, Environmental Productsor functional areas likefront, middle, or back office.You'll dive deep into the client's business, understand their challenges, and deliver meaningful, iterative solutions that create real value.What you'll do:Partner with clients, strategists, experience leads, and architects to shape product propositions that deliver transformative business outcomesDevelop product vision, strategy, and user research with a customer-first mindset, using design thinking toolsLead ideation workshops, identifying customer needs, pain points, and solution optionsBuild and validate solution hypotheses through user research and market analysisMap customer journeys to inform product development and test them with real usersTranslate vision into a clear,
