Salesforce Technical Lead – Agentforce & Data CloudLocation: Mexico City (Hybrid 1 or 2 days per week or month)Type: Full-timeRole SummaryWe are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, Apex, and LWC.
The role combines deep technical delivery with leadership, owning solution design, code quality, and end-to-end implementation of AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical design, development, and code reviews for Salesforce solutions.Build and implement Agentforce AI agents, prompts, grounding, RAG, and custom agent actions.Design and deliver Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including ingestion, modeling, and activation.Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.Own delivery across the full SDLC, including design, build, test, deployment, and production support.Mentor developers and enforce Salesforce best practices, security,



and performance standards.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and the Salesforce Core Platform.Proven experience implementing Agentforce in real business use cases.Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud in enterprise environments.Experience as a Technical Lead, including design ownership, code reviews, and team guidance.Comfortable working in Agile delivery models.Required Salesforce CertificationsSalesforce Certified Agentforce SpecialistSalesforce Certified Data Cloud ConsultantSalesforce Certified Platform Developer IPreferred / Nice to HaveSalesforce Certified Platform Developer IIJavaScript Developer IIntegration experience with REST APIs and MuleSoftCI/CD and Salesforce DX experience
