Take informed decisions regarding the proposal; present proposal summaries including a commercial risk and mitigation plan to the risk review board and obtain management approval for all critical items of each transaction.7.
Support the project execution team in post-contract related modifications related to notices, change /variation orders etc.8.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university2.
Fluent in English in speaking and writing.
(Working knowledge of Chinese is a plus)3.
Enthusiasm for working with customers4.
Cultural sensitivity to working across time zones and cultures5.
Experience in negotiating terms and conditions and driving deals to closure6.
Strong process analysis, problem solving and strategy development skills7.
