This role leads the line supply team and ensures disciplined execution of standard work, inventory accuracy at point of use, and strong cross‐functional coordination.In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Ensure timely and accurate material delivery to production lines aligned with the production schedule, preventing shortages and line stoppages.Coordinate material priorities based on sequencing changes and production needs, ensuring adherence to replenishment methods (Kanban, Min/Max, Milk Run, PFEP).
Oversee point‐of‐use inventory, ensuring proper material identification, FIFO compliance, and accurate replenishment triggers.Lead and develop Line Supply teams, ensuring proper staffing, workload balance, training, and performance management.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and HSE standards,



proactively identifying and addressing risks.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in material flow, layouts, and operational efficiency (Lean, 5S, Kanban optimization).
