We are looking for aSenior Associate – Finance Transformation & EPMto join a leading consulting practice and support large-scale finance transformation initiatives for general organizations.This role is adecuado for a finance transformation professional with strong consulting experience, hands-on exposure toFinancial ERP/EPM implementations, and the ability to work directly with international stakeholders.What you'll doDeliver end-to-endFinance & Accounting Transformationprojects, from current-state assessment through future-state design and implementation.Support the development oftarget operating models, transformation roadmaps and business cases.Participate in the design and implementation ofFinancial ERP and EPM solutions, including platforms such as SAP, Oracle or Workday.Work across key finance processes such asFP&A;, financial consolidation, cost accounting and financial reporting.Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements,
define solutions and support implementation.Apply data analytics and financial modeling to identify opportunities and support decision-making.Contribute to proposals and other business development initiatives.What we're looking for2+ years of consulting experience, ideally within Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory or similar practices.Previous experience working withFinancial ERP and/or EPM implementations.Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes such asFP&A;, consolidation and/or cost accounting.Experience withmanufacturing environments or manufacturing costingis highly valued.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related field.Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.Experience working with global organizations and/or US-based clients.Advanced English – C1 minimum.Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.Work model:HybridLocation:Mexico City or GuadalajaraEmployment:Full-timeWe are especially interested inSenior-level candidateswho can confidently interact with clients and take ownership of finance transformation workstreams.
