Position: Senior HR Business Partner, LATAMLocation: Mexico City/Onsite, with regional travelClient: A confidential, high-growth organization operating across Latin AmericaAbout the RoleWe are conducting a confidential search for a Senior HR Business Partner to lead people strategy across Latin America operations.This is a regional role, partnering directly with senior business leaders to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and employee experience across multiple LATAM markets.Key Responsibilities- Serve as strategic HR partner to senior leaders across LATAM business units, advising on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy- Lead full-cycle HR support for a multi-country client group, including performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support regional hiring plans and leadership pipeline development- Guide managers through organizational change, restructuring, and change management initiatives- Ensure compliance with labor law and employment regulations across multiple LATAM jurisdictions (e.G., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina,



Chile)- Analyze people data and metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive interventions- Champion culture and employee engagement initiatives at a regional scale- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to people leaders, building manager capabilityWhat We're Looking For- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in an HRBP or HR generalist role supporting multiple LATAM countries- Strong working knowledge of labor law across at least two major LATAM markets- Proven experience partnering with senior/executive stakeholders- Fluency in English and Spanish required.
