Solicita: Warehouse Supervisor (Parque Intermex Sur)Position SummaryThe Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate material handling, inventory control, and on-time support to production and customer requirements.This role ensures compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while leading warehouse staff to achieve operational efficiency in an electronics manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, kitting, picking, packing, and shipping of electronic components and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts, physical inventories, and system transactions.
- Monitor material flow to support production schedules and prevent shortages or line stoppages.
- Enforce ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) handling requirements and proper storage of sensitive electronic components.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and external standards (ISO, RBA, safety regulations).
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse personnel, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and enforcing discipline when required.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and 5S standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality,
and - Engineering teams to resolve material issues.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting within ERP/WMS systems (e.G., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, and safety.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies, damages, shortages, and non-conformities.
- Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and compliance with safety training requirements.Qualifications & Requirements- Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations within the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, material control, and warehouse processes.
- Experience working with ERP/WMS systems.Knowledge of ESD requirements and handling of electronic components.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, safety regulations, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
