Position Overview: The Payroll Administrator facilitates the payroll process for the US and other countries as assigned.Prepares and processes semi-monthly domestic payrollAggregates and processes supplemental pay dataLiaises with international and domestic HR teams to facilitate monthly payroll processingMonitors, maintains and troubleshoots state and local tax registrations and issues.Stays current on payroll systems to achieve alignment with HR benefits and other related items and to ensure effective accounting supportInterfaces with employees to answer all payroll related questionsProcess payment of all leaves of absence in compliance with all LOA laws (California's Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and California Family Right's Act (CFRA)
