ManagerWe are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Sr.
Manager to join a growing outsourcing company and lead recruitment strategies, drive operational excellence, and develop high-performing Talent Acquisition teams.What will you do?
- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Develop and implement Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruitment Coordinators and Analysts.
- Define, monitor, and drive TA KPIs and recruitment performance.
- Analyze recruitment sources and optimize sourcing strategies based on data and results.
- Build strong relationships with internal leaders and key external stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing and other stakeholders to strengthen Employer Branding and talent attraction strategies.
- Develop relationships with universities and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives.
- Evaluate and manage external recruitment providers, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with business needs.
- Monitor recruitment performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and the overall candidate experience.
- Support the planning and management of the Talent Acquisition area's annual operating plan.What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field .




- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR functions .
- 3+ years of experience leading high-volume recruitment teams .
- Advanced English proficiency .
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection methodologies.
- Experience working with ATS / recruitment platforms .
- Experience managing recruitment KPIs, analytics, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience using social media and multiple talent sourcing channels.
- Previous experience in BPO, outsourcing, or similar high-volume environments is a plus.The adecuado candidate- Is strategic and results-oriented, with a strong business mindset.
