preferably with a proven track record of managing 8–15 member teams and delivering multi-million-dollar CRM programs.Experience in managing enterprise-level Salesforce programs, customer experience initiatives, and complex integration environments is expected.Skills: The candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud program management, along with domain knowledge of Entitlements and Customer 360, including contractual and transactional customer data.Hands-on understanding of integrations across WXP, Neuron, Amplify, and MDG platforms is highly desirable.The role requires excellent leadership, communication, planning, stakeholder management, problem-solving, agile delivery, vendor coordination, and executive reporting skills.
