and backlog prioritizationDrive cross-functional alignment with Design, Engineering, Data, and Business stakeholdersFacilitate agile ceremonies (planning, grooming, retrospectives) and ensure smooth product deliveryManage product lifecycle, from ideation to release and iterationAnalyze product performance using metrics, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation frameworksRun and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomesContinuously iterate based on user feedback, data insights, and market signalsCommunicate product progress, insights, and trade-offs to stakeholders at all levelsBalance short-term delivery with long-term product visionDrive product impact, ensuring measurable outcomes on user value and business KPIsWho You Are4+ years of experience in digital product managementStrong experience with product discovery methods (interviews, JTBD, hypothesis-driven development, experimentation)Solid understanding of product analytics (funnels, cohorts, A/B testing) (nice to have but highly valued)Experience working with UX, Engineering, and Data teamsStrong understanding of technical constraints, trade-offs, and system implicationsExperience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product features and outcomesSoft SkillsStrong leadership without authorityExcellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder managementStrong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-makingHigh user empathy and product intuitionStrong results orientation and ownership mindsetMore About PALO ITWe're eager to adapt to change, learn from our experiences and move to meet our planet's urgent needs.
