Job Objective:The Commercial Digital Strategy Manager will align, shape, define, and implement Business Capabilities required for Commercial Areas in LATAM in conjunction with the local Digital Transformation organization.Will act as the primary point of contact for the assigned functions together with DTO to ensure our capability and direction are being conveyed and understood as intended.
Will co-create with the business and DTO the preparation of new project requests/enhancements, and during the phases of implementation, help to convey the needs in a language most understandable to technology professionals.
The primary goal will be to maximize the benefits of technology in the furtherance of our corporate and regional commercial business goals.Lead the definition, alignment, and implementation of commercial business capabilities across LATAM by partnering with local Commercial functions and the Digital Transformation Office (DTO).
Translate commercial strategy into actionable digital initiatives, co-create project requests and guide delivery teams to ensure solutions meet business needs, drive adoption and maximize value for regional sales, marketing and Service Solutions Operations.Act as primary liaison between Commercial functions and DTO for assigned LATAM countries, shaping capability roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives and overseeing end-to-end delivery from concept to adoption.
Influence stakeholders at regional and country levels, ensure clarity of requirements for technology teams, and measure impact against commercial objectives across multiple markets.
This role will report in direct line to LATAM IT director and dotted line to Commercial Digital Strategy Director.
Responsibilities:Define and maintain commercial capability roadmap for LATAM in collaboration with DTO and business stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear requirements and user stories for DTO/tech teamsCo-create and validate project requests/enhancements with business and DTODrive delivery oversight and governance during implementationEnsure adoption and change management across countriesMeasure and report commercial impact of digital initiativesStakeholder engagement and alignment across regional and country teamsVendor and partner management for commercial solutionsData-driven insight enablement for commercial decision-makingEnsure compliance, security and architecture alignment with enterprise standards.

mentor and develop Digital Strategy resources across LATAM; define learning paths, succession plans and career progression aligned to DTO and business needs Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
10+ years in digital/business transformation roles5+ years focused on commercial functions (sales, marketing, aftersales).
Experience working in multinational organizations, ideally in Automotive or related industries.Proven track record delivering digital initiatives across multiple countries/regions.Hands-on experience with agile delivery and working closely with DTO or central digital teams.Strong stakeholder management with executives, country leaders and cross-functional teams.Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories.Demonstrated ability to define business capability roadmaps and prioritize based on ROI and strategic fit.Experience with change management and driving user adoption of digital tools.Familiarity with managing vendors, SaaS implementations and integration projects.Proven use of data to define KPIs and measure commercial impact.Budgeting and business case development experience.Fluent in English / Advanced Specific Knowledge:Deep understanding of commercial processes: sales operations, CRM, DMS (Dealer Management System), order to delivery, service operations.Knowledge of digital marketing and,customer engagement platforms.Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and their commercial use cases.Experience with analytics platforms and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
Understanding of integration patterns, APIs and middleware concepts.Awareness of cloud-based SaaS architectures and security/compliance basics.Knowledge of mobile apps and field-sales enablement tools.Understanding of data governance, master data for customers/dealers and GDPR/PDPA-like considerations.Experience with commerce platforms and dealer/partner portals.Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)



and product management practices.Knowledge of ROI modeling and benefit realization methodologies.Understanding of LATAM market nuances: country variations, regulatory and commercial practices.
