proven track record of prioritization, positive attitude, trustworthy Job Summary / Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a bookkeeper with 2+ years of bookkeeping experience and exposure to QuickBooks Desktop.
You will need to have excellent verbal / written communication skills and love working as part of a team.
You will be responsible for undertaking all bookkeeping activities for multiple clients, but not limited to: Transactions entry and categorizationBank and credit card ReconciliationProducing monthly financials including profit and loss statement and balance sheetPayroll entry and processing of quarterly payroll reports and year end reportsPreparing and reporting monthlyTax filingDrafting emails requesting informationKeep up-to-date client checklists and informational sheetsAny additional ad hoc work that deemed appropriate
