What will you be doing?
Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.Perform monthly financial analysis, including variance analysis against budget and KPIs.Support strategic planning processes and decision-making.Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to align objectives.Participate in financial closing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering,



or a related field.At least 2 years of experience in financial analysis or FP&A.Advanced; Excel skills (pivot tables, nested functions, financial modeling; macros are a plus).
Strong analytical skills and ability to present findings effectively.Intermediate to advanced English (spoken and written).
Preferred QualificationsExperience in the Transportation and Logistics sector (3PL, distribution, fleets, etc.).
Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
