The role focuses on strengthening relationships with carriers, optimizing tracking technologies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving process automation.What the Candidate Will DoCarrier Performance & Relationship ManagementLead carrier improvement plan processes as required.Interpret and publish carrier scorecards and service metrics.Coordinate and conduct Carriers meetings and QBR's.Continuous ImprovementContinuous savings initiatives through market benchmark and network analysis.Support on carriers' touchless execution service through MacroPoint, EDI, etc.Operational SupportAct as a primary escalation point between operations teams and carriers for issue resolution.Support compliance initiatives and ensure adherence to contractual and regulatory requirementsBasic QualificationsCollege degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineer or related.Microsoft Excel-- Intermediate knowledge including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent negotiation, communication,



and relationship management skills.Proficient Spanish and English written and verbal.Preferred QualificationsSimultaneous management of multiple tasks.Ability to envision and implement new concepts/strategies.Ability to communicate and work with different internal teams and external customers at all levels.Ability to understand market trends.
