This role is perfect for someone who excels atkeeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously while collaborating with internalteams and clients to deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Campaign Project Management● Manage end-to-end project execution for new website builds and multi-channeldigital marketing campaigns, from kick-off to launch and beyond● Build and maintain detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring on-time, on-budgetdelivery● Coordinate the activity of cross-functional team members, including writers,designers, and developers● Ensure adherence to scope, goals, branding, and performance expectations for eachprojectClient & Team Communication● Serve as the central point of contact for assigned website and campaign projects● Set and manage expectations with internal teams and clients through clear,consistent communication● Lead weekly status calls and maintain active documentation of project progress,changes, risks, and issuesRisk Management & Problem Solving● Identify and mitigate risks before they impact project outcomes● Navigate changes in timelines, scope, or budget with a solutions-oriented approach● Provide recommendations for process improvements that streamline projectexecution and enhance team productivityQuality Assurance & Post-Launch Support● Oversee QA processes for website launches and campaign rollouts to ensurehigh-quality deliverables● Coordinate post-launch reviews and ensure follow-up tasks are documented andcompleted● Analyze project performance against objectives to inform future projects Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, Business,



or related field 5–8 years of project management experience in WordPress website development and integrated digital marketing (content, digital ads, email marketing, social media, video production) Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment Mastery of project management tools (Asana, Wrike, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.) Understanding of the senior living industry or a deep interest in mission-driven marketing Strong interpersonal and communication skills—must be highly organized and deadline-oriented Familiarity with digital marketing best practices PMP certified Why Join MezTal?
