Job Title: Financial Analyst – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)Location: TBDDepartment: Finance Reports To: Vice President of FinanceJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing strategic insights to support business decision-making.
This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with senior leadership, department heads, and various stakeholders to drive financial performance and long-term planning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningAnalyze vigente results versus budget/forecast, providing variance analysis and identifying risks and opportunitiesCollaborate with business units to gather inputs, understand performance drivers, and ensure alignment on financial plansPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for executive managementSupport the preparation of leadership materials, investor presentations, and ad hoc financial analysisPartner with Accounting to ensure accuracy of financial results and integrity of dataDrive continuous improvement in FP&A; processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency and insightSupport and maintain our Data Warehouse analytics Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendationsConduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic decision-makingParticipate in financial system enhancement projects as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA is a plus)10+ years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance,
or related financial analysis rolesStrong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with financial planning systems is a plusSolid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and budgeting processesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and a commitment to data integrityStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departmentsOther Preferred Skills:Experience / specific knowledge in the Spirits industryFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldMBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), corporate finance, or related financial rolesProven experience supporting senior leadership and executive decision-makingStrong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysisAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling toolsExperience with financial planning and reporting systems; ERP exposure is a plusSolid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance processesAbility to operate in complex, fast-paced, and international business environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindsetExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insightsHigh attention to detail and strong commitment to data accuracy and integrityDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionallyFluent English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S.-based stakeholders
