Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Job DescriptionSupporting data mapping and integration execution and end-to-end reconciliationAnalysing source system's data model, on object/field level, and matching that towards the target system's data model, on object/field level preparing mapping files (design, how-to, governance) for each migrated entity Identifying any mapping gaps and address them with appropriate project teams, follow it up ensuring it will be resolvedSupporting on designing of reconciliation reports – design, checks, validations, documentation Acting as a point of contact for assigned OpCos on Data Migration matters, and be the point of contact for all applicable client stakeholder teams, as well as external Vendors in workshops and meetingsDeveloping, improving and running extraction, conversion and load solutionsManaging the data migration per phase of the project (unit testing, UAT, deployment etc.)Aligning with Data Modelling and Data Governance teams on data migrationEnsuring adherence to the client data standards and indicate gaps towards the target solution and processes Providing technical solutions with regards to data migration (i.e. support testing in resolving data related test incidents).

managing different stakeholder groups across Functions and Operating Companies with communication skills.
Training and Change management skills: conducting trainings, developing training materials and supporting change tnew ways of working.

Specific Functional Skills & Experience University BSc Business Degree/ Management Information Systems/ Computer or Information Science, or vigente work experience in related discipline.
Experience in Data Management with exposure or participation in Change Management, Program Program/Project Management at Global or Regional level.
