Thisposition will be a dedicated resource supporting the integration of our BPO'sand the equipment setup of various CONFIE departments, relocating within theUrban and Sigue floors/buildings.
Inaddition, this role will provide technical and maintenance support on thelocations described.
Lastly, provide day -to -day field support, to include deliveringor recovering equipment, reimaging PCs, and relocating peripherals.
Job responsibilities and functionsConfigure,install, perform UATs, and/or troubleshoot software and hardware, specific toBPOs.Setup of various equipmentbelonging to various CONFIE department's teams/members, relocating betweenfloors or buildings.Serve as point ofcontact within the IT Integration Team (MX) to provide technical support to BPOend users.Install, configure, maintain, and move equipment'sas necessary.Proficiency with installing and supportingStand -Alone Windows PCs, and/or Virtual Desktop environments.Must be willing to workoutside normal business hours,



as neededAbility to work both independently and contributeas a member of a team a must.Participate in IT Projects (PC Refresh, movements,reallocations, Inventory Audits)Requirements - Upper -intermediate English level - Specialized knowledge:Project oriented skillsBasic Hardware knowledge (reimage, installations, asset management)Hardware troubleshooting.
