Strong skills in JavaScript, Glide scripting, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.Solid experience designing backend APIs, data structures, and integrations to support content delivery and search.Ability to troubleshoot issues across content pipelines and identify root causes across system components.Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with distributed teams.For AI/ML Engineers, experience working in AI/ML field is required.For AI ExperiencesMust Have:Strong ServiceNow development skills and fundamentalsNice to Have:Good knowledge on Virtual Agent, Now Assist,
