DevOps Academy | Mid-Level (3+ Years of Experience) We are looking for a DevOps professional who wants to strengthen their technical capabilities through a specialized DevOps Academy.This 4-week intensive program is designed for professionals with solid foundations in DevOps, Cloud, Systems Administration, or Production Support who are eager to expand their expertise and work on enterprise-level projects.The academy will be fully remote; however, upon successful completion of the program, selected candidates will be required to work in a hybrid model from the client's offices in Monterrey, Actual León (2 days per week).
We welcome candidates from anywhere in Mexico who are open to relocating to Monterrey upon receiving a job offer after completing the academy.
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles such as DevOps Engineer, SysAdmin, Cloud Engineer, or Production SupportExperience with DevOps practices and cultureKnowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)Experience with automation tools and scriptingKnowledge of CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Production SupportSystems Administration (SysAdmin) backgroundAdvanced English level (B2 or higher, preferably C1–C2)Soft Skills:



Analytical thinking, logical reasoning, problem-solving, fast learning, teamwork, and results orientation.
