This means continuously listening, learning, and adapting to ensure that every student and family feels seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.Location: Colomos ****, Italia Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco, México.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPromote the development of students' third and fourth languages.Plan and lead lessons and group activities.Engage students in speaking, reading, writing, and listening activities.Monitor student progress and prepare progress reports.Foster student independence by guiding them to follow classroom rules, routines, and instructions, initiate tasks,
and work autonomously.Social-Emotional SupportBe attentive to students' needs and encourage social interaction both inside and outside the classroom.Communicate any social-emotional concerns regarding students to the Academic Coordination team.Build positive relationships with students and motivate them throughout the process of learning a new language.General Classroom ManagementPrepare classroom materials, resources, and displays.Provide substitute teaching coverage when required.Education and Experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language or certification as an English as a Foreign Language instructor.TOEFL iBT (C1 level), Cambridge C1 Advanced (CAE), or LTI OPI Superior certification.Training and experience in differentiated instruction.Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience.Proficiency in spoken and written Spanish is preferred.Required Professional SkillsAbility to adapt and demonstrate flexibility when teaching English as a foreign language to students of different ages and proficiency levels, from four-year-old children to adults.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.Desired Personal QualitiesLeadershipAdaptabilityOrganizational skillsCollaboration and teamwork
