We are looking for an accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multinational environment ideally with experience in the agro industry, managing payments to suppliers accounting.Thisrole is responsible for managing the end-to-end grower settlement process,ensuring accurate grower payments, financial reconciliations, and accountingrecords across multiple international regions.
This role works closely withSales, Logistics, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Finance to ensuretimely settlements, cost accuracy, and compliance with company policies Please note that all applications and CVs must be submitted in English.This position is based in Guadalajara.Key Performance Outputs Grower Settlement ReconciliationPerformweekly reconciliation of grower settlements.Analyzeaging reports and reconcile all transactions corresponding to each paymentcycle.Reviewall logistics costs related to the shipments.Verify Sales Finalization status and shipment paymentstatus.Reviewexchange rates every week when settlements involve other regions, such as Chinaor Europe.Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliations Grower Payment Processing Prepareand process grower payments.Ensurepayment files, invoices, settlement reports, and supporting documentation arecomplete and properly archived.Bill Creation and ManagementGeneratesupplier Bills.ReviewBills for completeness and accuracy using Open Bills reports.Reconcilenumbers between NetSuite and payment files.Settlement CorrectionsReprocessgrower pools when corrections are required.Updatesettlement reports and payment templates following adjustments.Ensurerevised settlement values reconcile with financial records.Processfinancial corrections through Bill Credits or additional Bills as appropriateGrower Reporting & CommunicationMaintainregular communication with growers regarding settlement status and outstandingshipments.Preparepayment reports for growers detailing the amounts settled during the season.Consolidated reports and royalty reportingUpdatethe consolidated payment report for all growers every week to track allpayments throughout the season.Reconcilethe consolidated payment file weekly.Shareand review the consolidated report with the different departments across thecompany.RequirementsMinimum Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's certificate: finance,accounting, business administration.Minimum 2 years of work experience in related areas.Spanish and English Spoken – AdvancedPreferably experience in agroindustryTechnical SkillsExperience working with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with accounting software such as Nomipaqi is advantageous.Knowledge of government portals (SAT, IMSS, Infonavit, SUA) is desirable but not required.BenefitsWhy Join Us?
