As a key player in our agency, you will be the main liaison between clients and our internal team.
Working in partnership, you will develop and drive the delivery of innovative marketing strategies tailored to the unique needs of our senior living clients.

ensuring all projects are executed with sensitivity to the needs and preferences of each individual clientCoordinate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless execution of campaigns that resonate with the senior living audience, support the clients' brands and meet their marketing and business objectivesCreative Problem SolvingIdentify opportunities and recommend marketing strategy improvements Address challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented mindset, recognizing the importance of respecting client concernsPerformance AnalysisMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and recognize and drive both internal and client discussions around potential issues before they become big problemsReview regular performance reports and actionable insights with each clientClient Education and GrowthEducate senior living clients on emerging trends in digital marketing and help guide discussions around adoption of those trends to improve overall marketing performanceDemonstrate the value of our services through clear and compelling communication, emphasizing the positive impact on their businessesIntroduce new services to clients to expand our revenueRequirementsValid US Visa (required).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field8-10 years of experience in digital marketing and account management,



preferably within the senior living industry2-5 years of experience in an advertising agency or similar production-oriented environmentProven strategic planning expertise including the ability to recognize–or hear–an issue, brainstorm solutions and present them to the client in a logical mannerStrong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client and peer-to-peer relationshipsExceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workExcellent communication and presentation skillsExtreme patience and ability to diffuse difficult situationsExecutive presenceBenefits Christmas Bonus: 30 days, to be paid in December.
